Sapphire Boutique Hotel

Staff very courteous & client orientated. During check in, a bellhop offered me a bottle of water. I discovered some mould on the wall paper, false ceiling of bathroom not properly assembled, dirt on door behind bathroom, so I sent the photos to the front counter. I was offered to change room, but could not be bothered, for I am a back packer, my expectation is not that high. I only expected the staff to fix the problem after I had checked out. The houskeeping manager arrived with his staff & fix all the problems for me. He personally wiped off the mould on the wall paper. They also sent me a fruit basket as a sign of goodwill. I was very impressed with their standard of service. The slight defect in the room was more than covered by the hospitality of the hotel staff. I am very impressed.

It’s a good place to stay for couple of days. Bit confusing to find your room because the way hotel’s interior is built. Staff are very friendly specially the night staff and the manager. Breakfast is up to notch. Location is plus point. Being a foreigner you can walk around and can find lots of bars and restaurants. would stay here again.

Friendly staff and hotel is near all amenities and shops. Everyone could not have helped us anymore than they did, no request was too small and they were always happy to help!

Hotel is new with good choice of furnishing and spankingly clean . Also it is in a locality which has lot of corporates and restaurants . Hotel staff are very courteous and enthusiastic to serve you. Restaurant is clean and well furnished and food is awesome although choice of menu is limited. Hotel management , especially Vishal Kohli , is very sensitive and responsive to your needs . Overall a very good experience of staying here for the weekend . Recommended for business and leisure travellers .

Very clean rooms and washrooms. Room size was just enough for a comfortable stay. Adjacent to many restaurants, D-Mart and many shops, Auto stand. Breakfast was excellent.
